Get a very short (<500 word), email from me every Wednesday, called One Thing at a Time (#OTAAT). It takes seconds to sign up for and just a few minutes to read, but could save you hours each week and days each year. More importantly, it might improve the quality of that time.
Each newsletter (see previous posts, below) will encourage you to think about how you spend your time and how you might better spend it — more happily, with greater efficiency, with higher vitality. Occasionally, the theme will be from a reader so please tell me what you think about time and how we or you use it.
Forthcoming topics: noticing that feeling of overwhelm; precise, harmonious communication; priming the mind to optimise performance; retaining a train of thought by verbalizing it; what can be usefully multitasked; what is a single thought; OTAAT as applied to the basic and banal; when and how to go down rabbit holes; managing diffusive thinking. Suggestions always welcome.
You just need to do one thing to get the weekly newsletter: enter your email.
